If your download is corrupted or not complete please download the file again. You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to download your purchased album(s) as well as a total of 5 downloads per purchase.

In regards to physically shipped media, we will try to replace any shipped cds that are broken or damaged although we are not responsible for what happens between us shipping and the postal department.
